NEULAND – 200 Jahre Auswanderung nach Brasilien

Illustrations for an exhibition at the Theodor-Zink-Museum in Kaiserslautern, Germany, focusing on the lives, hardships, and experiences of people who emigrated from the Rhineland-Palatinate region of Germany to Brazil.
The illustrations were designed to wrap around steles in the exhibition, creating a seamless panoramic effect. In addition, each image contains a number of specific hidden objects for children to discover.Additionally I created 3 dimensional paintings that could be viewed in VR and a baby macaw mascot

Excerpts from my 44-page fully colorized graphic novel 'Mariana' created for my bachelor thesis.
The graphic novel follows a young woman whose daydreams about the ocean start blending into reality.

Araignée

An original character design of a spider girl. she's followed around by ghost hands that weave spider webs around her. The flowers in the web and her hair are little parasites that attract and eat insects.

MOTH

Character design for a university project. Our task was to create a guardian character. My concept was a humanoid moth character who collects light and guides moths to their destination.The design was then used to create a model sheet and a 3d model.

3D work

Instant Noodle Restaurant

a visualization for a fake food delivery advertisement which promises takeout food that's as delicious as restaurant food.The scene was created in 3ds Max and Rendered in Vray. Postproduction was done in Photoshop.

The Discovery

A project for university which focused on creating an environment with storytelling aspects.
The scene was created in 3dsMax and was rendered in Vray as stereoscopic panorama images that can be viewed in VR.
This was a group project with Lexa Streich.

While some of the models in the project were taken from asset libraries, the dragon skeleton was designed and created by us. My contribution was the skull, which I sculpted in Zbrush.

My concept was a humanoid moth character that collects light and guides moths to their destination.The design was then used to create a model sheet and create a 3d model.The programs used were 3dsMax, Zbrush for modeling, sculpting and UVS, Substance Painter and Photoshop for textures, Marvellous Designer for cloth simulation, and Vray for rendering.

Hi, I'm Aylin and I'm a freelance artist specializing in digital illustration. My experience includes professional illustrations for an exhibition as well as character illustrations for clients.Although my university studies had a strong focus on the 3D generalist field, my focus during my education was on concept art, illustration and storytelling.In my spare time I'm an amateur birdwatcher, exploring nature and finding new inspiration in the wild.
My favorite creative outlet is sketching! My growing collection of filled sketchbooks currently stands at #21.I would love to work together!
